Born and reared in Little Falls. Married 27 years to his wife, Jean (Miller). Four children: Chad, Lindsay, Lauren, and Meagan. Oldest of nine children born to LeRoy and Beverly Nouis of Little Falls. Currently co-owner of Nouis Home at Pine Edge (formerly the Pine Edge Inn) in Little Falls, a licensed 42-bed Board & Lodging with Special Services home for disabled veterans.
